The Build Programme
Who is Build for?
Specially developed for new entrants to the construction sector, Build provides support and information for those preparing to gain work experience, training, an apprenticeship or new role in the industry. We work with schools, colleges, individuals and employers to provide bespoke support.
This programme is suitable for those in education, unemployed, underemployed, or people who have taken a career break for 3 months.
How does it work?
The Build programme provides support, from someone with experience in the sector to help their mentee better understand the opportunities available in construction, property and the built environment, helping them with:
- Careers advice
- Preparing and developing a CV
- Job applications
- Career planning
- Getting ready for interview and more
