Inclusive Intelligence (II), Reverse Mentoring Programme
Designed for managers and leaders in construction and the built environment, this programme, through human interactions, real conversations and case studies, uncovers a range of personal perspectives on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), with a view to creating and developing new strategies for creating inclusive teams and organisations.
The programme offers a range of settings – group mentoring, themed smaller sessions and one-to- one – and provides the opportunity to reflect on topics such as company culture, unconscious bias, collaboration and teamwork, difficult conversations, banter and what best practice achieves.
II is run as a public programme or it can be run as an in-house programme for leaders and managers within your organisation.

The FLUID Diversity Mentoring Programme
FLUID has been specifically devised to support practitioners who are under-represented in the built environment sector so support their career progression. The programme features one-to-one role model, developmental mentoring for 12 months.
