You’re warmly invited to Mentoring for Change, a careers event on Tuesday 23 September 2025, from 18:30 to 20:30.

  • Format: Two 30-minute one-on-one mentoring sessions​

The Marketplace

Architecture Traineeship | Build The Way | London

Build The Way is a nine-month entry-level architecture traineeship providing an alternative and accessible route into a career designing and making buildings, spaces, cities, and communities.

We offer a number of traineeship placements to young Londoners at a selection of different Architecture Practices in London. Each trainee is paid the London Living Wage for a 32-hour week, with an additional 1 day a week for their professional practice.

With no experience-based barriers to application, places are offered to those who can show a passion for design and cities...

Many of the systems we’re trying to “sustain” are already failing—socially, economically, and ecologically. Holding the line in a degenerating system will never get us to where we need to go. What we need now is a shift in imagination and in practice: from sustaining the status quo to regenerating what supports life…
