The FLUID Diversity Mentoring Programme 2024

The FLUID Diversity Mentoring Programme is an award-winning built environment leadership programme. Working with diverse cohorts, FLUID addresses barriers to diversity and inclusion.
You can apply to be a mentor, mentee, or both. We welcome people at all career stages to apply to be mentees in various specialisms, from architecture to surveying and beyond. We encourage people from a range of backgrounds and lived experiences to participate. Particularly those who are underrepresented in the construction sector. People from the LGBTQ+ community, Women, People of Colour, Disabled People and People who have faced socio-economic disadvantage
As a mentee, you will receive the support of a mentor for up to 12 months. For mentors, we offer training and support to prepare you for this exciting and transformational journey.
