Employers are responsible for protecting their people's health, safety and welfare, and mental health is part of that. But mental health isn't experienced equally. Our training builds the competence to recognise, respond and support, with an understanding of how identity and inclusion shape wellbeing at work.

Level 1 Mental Health Awareness | Half day
For all staff. Builds understanding, challenges stigma and encourages open conversations.
Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health | 1 day
For managers and supervisors. Recognise the signs, start the conversation and signpost to support.
Level 3 First Aid for Mental Health | 2 days
For designated mental health first aiders. The confidence and competence to provide first-response support.
