HTA Design is an award-winning practice of architects, landscape architects, interior designers, planners, graphic designers, and sustainability specialists collaborating to design and deliver great places to live.
We are interested in meeting Architects with a passion for developing sustainable large-scale, high-profile housing and mixed-use schemes in London.
We design projects through all RIBA stages from inception to completion and we are seeking technical Architects looking to work at RIBA Stages 3-5.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:
ARB Registration.
2-4 years post-Part 3 experience, working on medium to large scale mixed-use projects at RIBA Stages 3-5.
Extensive experience of developing sustainable large scale housing and mixed-use schemes.
A collaborative approach to working across a range of internal design disciplines.
Extensive experience of UK urban and suburban housing design and masterplanning.
An exceptional talent for design through all stages of the design and delivery cycle.
Strong understanding of UK residential design standards, building regulations and statutory requirements with evidence of their application over several projects.
Strong attention to detail with exceptional design skills and detail orientation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships.
Excellent people and project management skills with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor others.
Strong organisational skills and ability to calmly manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
First class AutoCAD and Revit skills, with experience of using and SketchUp, Illustrator, and InDesign.
