Location: London (at least 3 days in the studio)

Award-winning architectural practice Haworth Tompkins is currently looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator with technological proficiency and good communication skills to join our BIM team and work on a range of medium to large-scale projects in the residential, cultural, masterplanning, higher education and industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will work closely with our project teams in creating, developing and maintaining Revit models and BIM documentation. Our staff have a good level of Revit proficiency, but we continuously seek to improve our processes, standards and resources to foster efficiency.
Experience
3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry
Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
Experience working on design-led projects, including design collaboration, and working as part of a design team with a focus on fostering positive relationships across teams
Proven ability to produce working drawings and construction information in Revit
Familiarity with Common Data Environments, especially ACC (preferred)
Knowledge of COBie and classification using Uniclass (preferred)
Understanding of UK BIM standards and compliance with ISO 19650 standards (preferred)
Ability to use some of the following tools; Python, Rhino, Autodesk Forma, NBS Chorus, Newforma, AutoCAD, PyRevit and PowerBi (preferred)

Willingness to research for solutions and keep up to date with industry standards, software and methodologies.
Proactive in identifying and implementing new BIM technologies and practices
Responsibilities
Coordinate BIM workflows across our projects.
Read and digest project BIM documentation for guidance to team members
Perform clash detection to support project coordination
Perform quality assurance checks in models
Produce Revit families according to project requirements
Support teams in troubleshooting technical issues
Participate in project BIM coordination meetings and liaise with external BIM coordinators working on the project.
Help project teams to meet their contractual obligations and meet deadlines.
Work with the Head of BIM to produce BEP, PIP and TIDP as required for project.s
Keep team members informed and skilled on tools, plugins and scripts that would improve workflows.
Partner with the Head of BIM to improve design efficiency, maintain BIM standards, and manage BIM libraries
Develop scripts in Dynamo for design automation and productivity requirements (preferred)
