Guiding powerful changes, we celebrate the undiscovered, nurture the talented, and connect future teams, ensuring innovation and advancement in the construction industry. We are seeking a part-time Talent Match Coordinator to work on our boutique careers support and matching service.
We are now recruiting for a Talent Match Coordinator who has at least one year’s experience in finding and placing talented individuals. We need someone who understands client and candidate needs, grows our internal capability, and effectively supports clients to build their talent pool.
About you, are you:
Experienced with understanding of the built environment sector, HR and coaching?
Passionate about seeing people develop?
A proactive problem-solver by nature?
Attentive to details and good at seeing tasks through to completion?
Committed to improving equity diversity and inclusion?
An organised and confident individual able to organise and prioritise your workload?
A clear and inclusive communicator – listening attentively, being clear on the details, and ensuring everyone feels included?
Understanding of the challenges that can be faced by marginalised communities?
Self-motivated & able to work to a deadline?
Open to learning new ways of working and relish a challenge?
Energised by working with small organisations on a mission?
Able to work with Google Suite, Canva, Zoom, CRM, database systems and Google Meet?
About the role:
Time input: 16 hours per week
Location: Working from home
Offer of remuneration: £29K pro-rata/ £20 per hour
Contract: Open to part-time fixed-term or freelance. The role offers room to develop for the right candidate.
Eligibility: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
Your role may include:
Market research
Building relationships with clients and candidates to offer support and advice
Managing end to end acquisition to placement processes
Checking and revising copy for talent ads
Prepare recruitment materials where required (e.g. interview forms)
Supporting the evaluation process
