Schedule | Four days per week

A senior role leading the launch and delivery of a game-changing professional development initiative bringing new, diverse talent into housing and regeneration in London.
Future of London (FoL) is the capital’s independent network for 5,000+ regeneration, housing, infrastructure and economic development practitioners, with a mandate to prepare the next wave of cross-sector city leaders.
Over the last year, FoL has worked with a committed group of leading housing sector organisations to design the innovative Emerging Talent Programme (ETP). The ETP will offer an entry-level 21-month public-private rotational placement programme with mentoring and leadership development opportunities to ambitious BAME candidates.
FoL is looking for an ambitious project manager to lead the pilot programme through initiation, launch and delivery. You’ll be building strong relationships with programme hosts and partners, creating a promotion strategy, devising and managing the application process, refining a training and mentoring programme, and designing an assessment methodology that helps build the case for the ETP's legacy.
You’ll love this job if you feel passionate about diversity and inclusion, are motivated by supporting individuals to reach their potential and are a strong systems person with a commitment to quality.
