Part 3 Architect | HUT | London
Type: full-time (with flexible options)
HUT is looking for a dynamic Part 3 Architect to join our growing practice of 14. This role would suit someone who is looking for a place to learn and grow as a newly qualified Architect.

Most of our projects are in Central London with the majority taken through all RIBA Work Stages, from Concept to Completion. HUT sees architecture as a driver for change. Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate is friendly, and approachable with a positive outlook. We are looking for creative thinkers with drive and energy. They must be a strongly self-motivated designer, able to take initiative as well as work as part of a team. The role would include working closely with the project team, to assist and contribute throughout the design process on a number of commercial and residential development projects located across London. This would include the production of high-quality design work from concept phase to construction packages. The successful candidate would be expected to be comfortable working across all RIBA stages, and confident in delivering a project from start to finish.
Essential skills:
Part 3 qualified
Relevant experience working in architectural practice in the UK
Excellent communication skills (fluent English both written and spoken are essential)
Comfortable presenting to clients and liaising with consultants/contractors
Has the ability to visualise, illustrate and present ideas clearly
Excellent digital skills and advanced working knowledge of Revit
Strong technical and construction detailing skills
Good understanding and commitment to sustainable design
Excellent understanding of the Planning system & UK Building Regulations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workflow and meet deadlines
Have a strong team player ethos
A creative thinker that seeks to innovate and push forward new architectural ideas
Advantageous skills:
Excellent hand-drawing
Strong model making
Good experience in all RIBA work stages
Experience in delegating and managing junior staff
