ABOUT US
As a social enterprise, Public Practice's mission is to build the public sector's capacity to improve the quality, equality and sustainability of places. Public Practice runs a unique placement programme designed for built environment practitioners joining public sector organisations for 12-month paid placements. Just four years old, we have received widespread press coverage and are now seeking to scale our programme England wide.
ABOUT YOU
As our Partnerships Manager, you will be passionate about our values, play an essential role in our high performing small team of eight, and represent us to our most important external audience - local authority officers.
We are open to applicants who may have had a varied career background to date, but for this role, we will be looking for the following key attributes:
Excellent communication: both the ability to write engaging written content and run inspiring pitches
Strong relationship builder: able to forge meaningful authentic relationships with people from diverse contexts
Confident account manager: enjoys using data and making use of CRM software to source and maintain excellent customer experience
Strategic and process-driven thinker: ability to interpret industry insights and predict customer needs and translate them into tangible new partnerships
Aligns with our values: in particular, inclusion, excellence and openness
Attention to detail: comfortable working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high-level of quality outputs
